How I Use This Information
• Email communications: To send you the content you signed up for, occasional updates about my work, and to respond to your messages
• Website improvement: To understand what content is helpful and how people find my site
• Service delivery: To provide coaching or therapy services if we work together
I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
