Changing your story and getting unstuck

For this #flashbackfriday post, I'm re-posting my very first podcast guest appearance, going all the way back to 2018, when I was interviewed by Goli Kalkhoran for her Lessons From A Quitter podcast.

Even though this is an old interview (and the audio quality reflects that, just FYI), there's a few elements that are somewhat timeless and echo conversations I've had recently with clients.

You'll definitely want to check it out if:

  • You're someone who's frustrated with where you are (professionally or otherwise), wanting to make a change, but feeling like it might not be possible or practical.
  • You're struggling to stand up the voices in your head and the stories they're telling you about who you are (and aren't).
  • You find that perfectionist tendencies impact your ability to take action or be vulnerable.

P.S. My art website and Instagram account are no longer active. But, creative expression continues to be a key part of my own personal self-care routine.)
